Return and Refund Policy

We at Zequz are proud of our product quality and effectiveness. Further, we follow high standards and maintain complete transparency in delivering orders to our customers. However, for any reason, if you are not satisfied with our product and wish to return an order, you can place a replacement or refund request.

You can request a return or replacement if the product is;

  • Different than what you have ordered
  • Already expired
  • Damaged or tampered
  • Not properly packed, resulting in damage to the products during the delivery
  • Missing due to an incorrectly processed order

Your return or replacement request will not be accepted if;

  • The products are opened and used.
  • The original label showing product info is missing.
  • The request is made after 2 days of the delivery date.

How you raise and how we process the return or replacement request.

You will need to send a return or replacement request in an email to info@zequz.com within 2 days of delivery. We will review the same within the next 48 hours.

Once reviewed, we will arrange the product pickup by our delivery partner. Or you will be asked to return the product by a reliable courier, in case our delivery partners donโ€™t offer the reverse pickup service in your location. And you will get a reimbursement for the courier charges.

After receiving the product, one of our quality control team members will check and verify the same against the claim/reason for return. After the verification by the QC department, we will initiate the refund or replacement process. The whole process will take about 7 working days after reviewing your request.

How and when do I receive the refund?

  • The refund will take place within 7 working days for the orders paid online. The money will return to the bank account, credit card, or debit card used to make the payment.
  • If you have paid cash on delivery, please provide the bank details to which you want to receive the refund. We will transfer the refund amount to your bank account within 7 working days.
